My pictures are not in order. We woke up Easter morning to the Easter bunny leaving his footprints from the front door to Craw's Easter basket. When Craw woke up he wanted us to go upstairs and play with him. As I neared the stairs and he could see down he got soo exciting to see the bunny footprints. He immediately wanted to see what they were. We told him the Easter bunny had hidden eggs around the house and he had a ball. He would find a piece of dirt and say "look what the Easter bunny left behind." He found all the eggs and just couldn't believe that the Easter bunny had been in our house. Aunt Cat was in town visiting so we all got ready for church and headed out to 10:00 service. We normally go to Soby's brunch but since it was Hope's birthday and we knew the kids would have fun together we met Brad's parents and the cousins at Ruby Tuesdays for their normal tradition.
We were waiting to go celebrate Hope's birthday and Craw fell asleep at Nana's house.
They had an egg hunt at Brian and Amy's house. I think the boys cared more about playing on the playground then hunting eggs.
Craw when he discovered that the Easter bunny had left him a shovel and rake to play with outside.
The adorable jammies Aunt Cat gave to Craw for Easter.
proof that the Easter bunny visited.
Craw's Easter set up.
He got some Crayola bath drops for the tub and he immediately wanted to make the tub red (his favorite color)
The sweetest part of Easter was after church on the way to Nana's Craw told Brad what he learned at church. He told Brad "the soldiers took Jesus to hang on the cross and then he feel off and bumped his head. Then they took him away." Brad asked him what happened next. He said: "He came back." Then Brad asked Craw "Where is Jesus now?" and Craw said "Jesus is always in your heart." Good job buddy! We love you sooo much!
